Privacy Policy

This policy describes what happens to information when you use rulesmadeeasy.com. It is written to match how the site actually works rather than to cover things it does not do. Last updated: 27 July 2026.

What is collected

When you use the contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Those submissions are processed and stored by Webflow, the platform that hosts this site, and are used only to read and reply to what you sent. They are not added to a mailing list and are not passed to advertisers.

Automatically, by the hosting platform

Because the site is hosted by Webflow, Webflow's servers receive standard technical information whenever a page loads — things like your IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested — and Webflow sets cookies that are needed to serve the site and to make forms work. This happens on every Webflow-hosted site and is outside the control of this site's author. Webflow's own privacy policy governs that processing.

Fonts loaded from Google

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, it connects to Google and may transmit technical information such as your IP address and browser information. This site does not use those requests for analytics or advertising, and Google's own privacy policy governs what Google receives.

What is not collected

Affiliate links and Amazon

Some links on this site lead to Amazon. Following one takes you onto Amazon's website, where Amazon's own cookies, tracking, and privacy policy apply — not this one. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon may provide reports about referral activity, such as clicks, ordered items, and commission income, but those reports do not provide Rules Made Easy with your name, address, or payment details.

Cookies

The cookies set on this site come from Webflow and exist to deliver pages and operate forms. No advertising or profiling cookies are set by this site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the pages remain readable if you do.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live — for example in the UK, the European Union, or California — you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information you sent, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because the only personal information this site holds is what you typed into the contact form, such a request is straightforward to action. Send it through the Contact page.

Children

Although the guides discuss a children's hobby, this site is written for parents and other adults, and the contact form is intended for adults. Personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted something through the form, get in touch and it will be deleted.

Changes and contact

If the site starts doing something this policy does not describe — adding analytics, for example — this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. For any privacy question, use the Contact page.
